Roses & Chilli Thrips

Rose pruning season is here and from end of July to latest August, it’s the best time to prune your roses for the spring season.

Perth’s roses have been infected this season by a disease called Chilli Thrips which is a sap-sucking insect that can cause deformities in flowers, leaves, stems and shoots.

Treatment is available from local retail stores - so follow instructions as marked.
